The successful candidate will be responsible for driving growth, profitability, and operational excellence by collaborating with executive leadership to align financial strategies with organizational goals. This role involves overseeing all financial functions, including accounting, financial planning, compliance, and reporting, and ensuring the development and implementation of robust internal controls and processes. The Head of Finance and Accounting will also be tasked with providing actionable insights to optimize profitability and operational efficiency, managing investor relations, and leading a dedicated finance team. Applicants must have a Bachelor’s degree in accounting, finance, or a related field, with a CPA or MBA preferred, and a minimum of 15 years of experience in finance leadership roles, particularly in the ecommerce or consumer products industries. The role requires a strong knowledge of financial systems, reporting, compliance, and SEC filings, as well as proven abilities in managing investor relations and external partnerships. The ideal candidate will possess exceptional analytical, strategic, and leadership skills, and be able to work in a hybrid environment. High integrity, attention to detail, and proactive problem-solving abilities are essential, as is experience in leading and mentoring teams to achieve high performance and collaboration.
