Global Commercial Director - EGFR Lung Cancer

Responsibilities
- Drive brand strategy implementation and launch execution aligned with business cycles globally
- Partner with key markets to identify performance drivers and optimize commercial plans
- Develop patient strategies and optimize patient experience initiatives
- Coordinate high-impact congress plans and expert engagement activities
- Manage agency relationships, workflows, and commercial budgets
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in relevant field
- 5+ years pharmaceutical or healthcare marketing experience
- Ability to translate complex scientific data into clear marketing communications
- Strong project management skills in matrixed environments
- Leadership capability across functions and markets without direct authority
- MBA or advanced degree preferred
- Commercial acumen with scientific curiosity
Compensation: $180,656.80 - $270,985.20 USD annual base
