National Account Support Specialist

$20.5 - $41 per hour

Abbott seeks a National Account Support Specialist to serve as primary liaison between the company and its diagnostic testing clients. The role involves managing client relationships, addressing operational needs, training on product offerings, and supporting special projects in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Address client needs promptly and provide responsive customer service
Train clients on system offerings, new products, reporting packages, and pricing
Monitor program operations, billing, and reporting for customer alignment
Identify growth opportunities and implement strategies supporting organizational goals
Support special projects and assist with operational tasks as assigned

Requirements

High school diploma or GED
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Strong verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills
Exceptional organizational and time management abilities
Self-motivated with ability to work independently and meet deadlines
Customer-focused mindset committed to service excellence

Compensation: $20.50–$41.00/hour
