About the role

We’re looking for a talented Mid-Weight Designer to join our North America Marketing team.

This is a hands-on, mid-level role for someone who can take ownership of projects end-to-end — from interpreting briefs through to final delivery — while maintaining exceptional creative standards.

You’ll be responsible for producing high-quality design across digital and physical channels, supporting major growth initiatives across Kendamil, Kendakids, and future brand launches in the US and wider North America region.

This role suits a designer who combines strong creative instinct with precision, pace, and commercial awareness — someone who understands how design drives performance, not just aesthetics.

Key responsibilities:

Creative Development & Execution

• Design and deliver high-quality assets across:
\n
• Paid and organic social
\n
• CRM and lifecycle marketing
\n
• Retail and eCommerce (Amazon, PDPs, banners)
\n
• OOH and in-store activations
\n
• Translate briefs into effective, platform-specific creative that drives engagement and conversion
\n
• Contribute to campaign concepts and creative ideation
\n

Brand & Consistency

\n
• Apply and uphold Kendamil’s visual identity across multiple brands and markets
\n
• Ensure all outputs are aligned to brand guidelines, regulatory requirements, and market nuances
\n
• Support evolution and refinement of brand systems as we scale in North America
\n

Ownership & Workflow

\n
• Take ownership of projects from concept through to delivery with minimal supervision
\n
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
\n
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, eCommerce, and Product teams to deliver against commercial priorities
\n

Quality & Attention to Detail

\n
• Maintain exceptional standards across all outputs, including proofing and accuracy
\n
• Ensure all assets are fit-for-purpose across different platforms and specs
\n

Cross-Functional Collaboration

\n
• Present work clearly and confidently to internal stakeholders
\n
• Work effectively with remote and international teams
\n
• Contribute to improving creative processes, ways of working, and output efficiency
\n

Qualification and experience:

\n
• 4+ years' experience in an in-house creative team or agency design role.
\n
• Strong portfolio showcasing digital campaigns, paid social creative (Meta, TikTok), branding, and campaign design.
\n
• Advanced proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with working knowledge of Figma.
\n
• Experience with motion graphics and video editing (After Effects and Premiere Pro) is desirable.
\n
• Excellent eye for layout, typography, visual hierarchy, and creating commercially effective creative.
\n
• Comfortable designing across digital, retail, eCommerce, and DTC channels while managing multiple formats and priorities.
\n
• Highly organised, proactive, and collaborative, with excellent communication skills and experience using project management tools such as Asana, Slack, or similar.
