Experienced Staff Accountant

This is a full-time, on-site position for an Experienced Staff Accountant located in San Diego, CA. The role involves performing general accounting functions, including preparing monthly financial statements, reconciling accounts, analyzing financial data, and preparing tax returns. Additional responsibilities include managing financial reporting, supporting audits, ensuring compliance with tax laws and accounting regulations, assisting with budgeting, and communicating financial insights to support decision-making. Qualifications Strong proficiency in financial reporting and general ledger accounting Experience with account reconciliation and tax preparation Experience with handling client requests and multitasking Proficient in accounting software and tools commonly used in the industry Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time-management skills Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team environment Strong knowledge of accounting principles, tax regulations, and compliance Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (required) Experience in a bookkeeping or accounting firm is required. #J-18808-Ljbffr Launch CPA
