About the Role:
Join our dynamic team at Athenian Body Shop & Sales Inc as an Auto Body Technician! In this exciting role, you'll have the opportunity to work on a variety of vehicles, ensuring they look and perform their best.
Responsibilities:
- Perform high-quality repairs on damaged vehicles, restoring them to pre-accident condition.
- Inspect vehicles for structural damage and repair as necessary.
- Utilize advanced tools and techniques to complete bodywork efficiently.
- Work closely with team members to meet deadlines and maintain high standards.
- Communicate with customers regarding repair processes and timelines.
- Maintain a clean and organized workspace for safety and efficiency.
- Stay updated on industry trends and repair techniques.
- Adhere to all safety protocols and company policies.
Requirements:
- Proven experience as an Auto Body Technician or similar role.
- Strong knowledge of automotive repair and collision repair techniques.
- Ability to operate various tools and equipment safely.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- ASE certification is a plus but not required.
