Job Responsibilities
Flexible work schedule 7am - 11am or 9pm - 12am
Complete daily prep-list and assigned duties
Identify needed adjustments to daily par levels and communicate to Supervisor
Ensure food safety and personal hygiene at all times
Prepare line and beverage station for AM shift, which includes stocking all items needed for shift
Ensure that personal safety is kept top-of-mind at all times, while working with sharp objects, ovens and surroundings
Ensure that all food products are maintained in proper temperatures and that products are within acceptable date ranges
Confirm all deliveries are received by checking invoice for receipt, freshness and correct items received
Date & rotate new deliveries per First-In/First-out standards
Assist other Team Members as requested
Protect all brand recipe and procedure secrets
Train new Team Members as requested
Perform routine kitchen tasks
