Responsibilities

• Title: Occupational Therapist (OT)

• Location: Santa Clara Post Acute is a 201-bed SNF serving a robust, high-volume caseload. You will manage a diverse post-acute mix of patients requiring ortho joint replacements, pulmonary care, and stroke or neurological recovery. Our team loves using the well-equipped gym and open courtyard spaces to implement functional therapies aimed at restoring maximum independence. Come join Powerback Rehab in this fantastic center!

As an Occupational Therapist, you help patients get well. You are the person who can bring their power back . In doing this, you will assess patient needs, develop their recovery plans, and deliver occupational therapy.

Qualifications

• They must have a Bachelor's degree in an occupational therapy curriculum accredited by ACOTE standards.

• They must have initial registration from the National Board for Certification in Occupational Therapy.

• The Occupational Therapist must hold a valid and unencumbered occupational therapy license as required in the state of practice.

Posted Salary Range

USD $60.00 - USD $65.00 /Hr.

Bonus

USD $10,000.00
