• Our facility, Hillcrest Medical Center, is a 656-bed hospital that encompasses The Alexander Burn Center, The Peggy V. Helmerich Women’s Health Center, Kaiser Rehabilitation Center, advanced cancer treatment technologies, and the Oklahoma Heart Institute.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for assessing, planning, implementing, evaluating, and documenting care activities in line with HHS standards to ensure efficient, effective, and high-quality patient care.
• Must demonstrate the necessary knowledge and skills to provide age-appropriate care for patients in the assigned unit.
• Exhibit understanding of growth and development principles across the lifespan, with the ability to assess data reflecting the patient’s condition and interpret relevant information to identify each patient's age-specific needs.
• Plan for patient care provision, including the development, modification, and execution of care plans in accordance with HHS standards to ensure quality patient care as outlined in the Patient Care policies and procedures.
• Comply with the regulations established by the Oklahoma Nursing Practice Act.

Qualifications

Essential Job Requirements:

• Graduation from an accredited nursing program.
• BLS certification must be acquired within 14 days of hire or transfer into the position and before providing direct patient care.
• ACLS certification.
• Current Oklahoma Registered Nurse license is required.

Preferred Qualifications:

• CNOR certification.
• A minimum of one year of experience as a Registered Nurse in the relevant field.
