What You'll Do

• Provide clinic coverage and assist with procedures in the urology specialty
• Participate in scheduled OR days (2-3 days weekly)
• Support outreach efforts to Wisconsin Rapids (1-2 days/month)
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver patient-centered care
• Assist with system call responsibilities based out of Wausau (7-10 days/month) including weekends
• Contribute to continuous quality improvement initiatives within the department

What You Need

• Active license/certification in Urology or related field
• Relevant clinical experience in urology or a similar specialty
• Strong communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt to flexible scheduling and varied responsibilities
