You will engage with clients primarily through virtual sessions, utilizing teletherapy platforms to conduct assessments, deliver interventions, and monitor progress. Key Responsibilities\n- \n
- Conduct comprehensive assessments of clients' mental health and relational issues, utilizing standardized tools and therapeutic interviews. \n
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans that align with best practices and client-specific goals. \n
- Provide therapy to individuals, couples, and families, employing modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Emotionally Focused Therapy (EFT), and Family Systems Therapy. \n
- Facilitate group therapy sessions to foster peer support and community connection among clients. \n
- Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with health regulations and clinic policies. \n
- Participate in ongoing professional development through workshops, conferences, and supervision to enhance therapeutic skills and knowledge of emerging practices. \n
In this role, you will work with a diverse client population, including individuals and families dealing with anxiety, depression, relationship conflicts, trauma, and more. Our clients come from varying backgrounds and experiences, and your expertise will be pivotal in helping them navigate their challenges and achieve their therapy goals. By employing culturally competent strategies, you will ensure accessible and respectful care for all clients.
Qualifications\n- \n
- Master’s degree in Marriage and Family Therapy or a related field. \n
- Current active LMFT licensure in Maryland. \n
- Proven experience delivering evidence-based therapy to clients, ideally with a minimum of 2 years in a clinical setting. \n
- Strong communication skills, with a focus on empathy and active listening. \n
- A collaborative mindset that thrives in a team-oriented environment. \n

- Experience working in a community health setting. \n
- Familiarity with teletherapy practices and technologies. \n
- Background in trauma-informed care and crisis intervention. \n
The annual salary range for this position is $90,000 to $110,000, commensurate with experience and qualifications.
