Hem/Onc Locum Opportunity

North Memorial is seeking a Hematology/Oncology locum to start as soon as credentialed. Practice setting: Inpatient coverage only. Dates of coverage: Needed by end of January at the latest. Needed for a minimum of nine months. Call schedule: 5 pm to 8 am - call volumes low, average 1-2 calls per night. Patient population for required coverage: Adult. Average number of patients per day: 10+. Trauma level/designation: Level 1. Documentation system/EMR: EPIC. Estimated credentialing timeframe: 3-4 months (must have MN license). Required procedures: Management of VAD/CV catheters - assessment of port integrity and chemotherapy - intrathecal.

Submission requirements: ABMS board certified hematology/oncology - required, MN state license - required, BLS - required. Certification requirements: BLS. State license requirements: Minnesota.
