Employer Industry: Electrical Infrastructure Solutions Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $176,300.00 Opportunity for career advancement and growth within a global organization Flexible remote work option with up to 50% travel Comprehensive benefits package including medical, dental, and vision plans, 401(k) with company match, and tuition reimbursement Dynamic work environment with a focus on innovation and collaboration Chance to make a significant impact in the electrical infrastructure industry What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Lead and manage sales efforts within the U.S. to achieve revenue and margin targets in the Commercial & Industrial Bus Duct market Cultivate and expand relationships with key Industrial, EPC, and Commercial energy customers Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment with commercial strategies and execution capabilities Drive sales pipeline development through active prospecting and qualification of new opportunities Develop and deliver compelling customer-facing presentations that showcase technical advantages and value propositions What is Required (Qualifications): Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business, or related field preferred, with equivalent outside sales experience accepted Minimum of 5 years of technical/commercial outside sales experience in the electrical infrastructure industry Proven experience working with Industrial power generation and management, pump manufacturers, EPCs, and/or renewable energy developers Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills, both verbal and written Proficient in Salesforce CRM or similar sales tools and systems How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Experience in leading long sales cycles with multiple partners Demonstrated ability to lead and align rep agency performance and partnerships Familiarity with LV/MV equipment, MCCs, bus systems, or integrated solutions Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with changing priorities #J-18808-Ljbffr nVent
