Logistics Coordinator

We are looking for a motivated Carrier Sales Specialist to join our Logistics team in Fort Wayne, Indiana. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys problem-solving, and is passionate about providing outstanding customer service. Responsibilities As a Carrier Sales Specialist, you will play a critical role in ensuring shipments move efficiently from pickup through delivery by maintaining communication with carriers, drivers, dispatchers, and customers. Responsibilities include: Track assigned shipments from pickup through final delivery. Communicate with dispatchers, drivers, and carriers via phone, email, text, and other communication methods. Provide shipment updates and documentation to Account Managers. Monitor and update estimated arrival and departure times (ETAs). Conduct daily transit calls to maintain shipment visibility. Obtain Proofs of Delivery (PODs) and carrier invoices after delivery. Resolve shipment issues by working with internal teams and carrier partners. Provide backup support for the Night Track team as needed. Assist Logistics Coordinators and Supervisors with daily operations. Qualifications High school diploma or GED required. Two or more years of logistics, transportation, customer service, or office experience preferred. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Excellent organizational and time management skills. Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment. Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills. Proficient with Microsoft Office and general computer applications. Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
