Job Details: Job Location: Dallas 75220 - Dallas, TX 75220, Position Type: Full Time, Salary Range: $31.25 - $38.50 Hourly, Job Shift: Day, Job Category: Management, Job Summary: The Pricing and Product Manager will be responsible for developing and executing pricing strategies that align with Century HVAC Distributing's business objectives. This role involves a blend of analytical skills, market insight, and strategic thinking to set prices that maximize profit and market share while ensuring customer satisfaction. The Pricing and Product Manager will work closely with various departments, including marketing, sales, and finance, to develop and implement pricing models and strategies. Key Responsibilities: Conduct regular market research to understand customer needs and competitive landscape. Develop pricing strategies and models that align with business objectives. Collaborate with sales, marketing, and finance teams to implement pricing strategies and product needs. Monitor and analyze pricing trends and adjust strategies accordingly. Prepare and present pricing reports to senior management. Manage pricing software and tools. Evaluate the impact of pricing changes on sales and margins. Ensure pricing policies comply with regulations and company policies. Work on special pricing projects and initiatives. Define and communicate the product vision and strategy. Develop and prioritize product features and requirements based on customer feedback and business objectives. Create and maintain product roadmaps and timelines. Monitor product performance and gather user feedback to drive continuous improvement. Manage the product lifecycle from concept to launch and beyond. Ensure products comply with industry standards and regulations. Qualifications: Qualifications: Minimum of 5 years of experience in pricing, finance, and / or related roles. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other analytical software. HVAC Industry experience. Excellent communication and leadership skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business, Economics, Finance, or a related field. Certification in pricing or related areas. Proven track record in a similar role within the same industry. Experience with pricing software and analytical tools. Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer behavior. #J-18808-Ljbffr
