We’re looking for a high‑energy, people‑focused Fitness & Membership Specialist who thrives both on the training floor and in a sales‑driven environment. This hybrid role blends personalized coaching with membership growth, making you a key driver of member success and studio performance.

Primary Responsibilities

• Fitness Coaching
  
  
  • Deliver personalized EMS training sessions

  • Conduct InBody evaluations and track member progress

  • Educate members on proper form, technique, and BODY20 technology

  • Create a motivating, supportive, and safe training environment

  • Maintain studio cleanliness and equipment readiness

  • Participate in ongoing training and team development

• Sales & Membership Growth
  
  
  • Build strong relationships with members and prospective clients

  • Support membership sales through consultations, follow‑ups, and exceptional service

  • Participate in community events to promote the BODY20 brand

  • Assist with onboarding new members and ensuring a smooth start‑up experience

  • Collaborate with the team to meet studio goals and deliver best‑in‑class service

Qualifications

• Current nationally recognized Personal Training certification (preferred)
• CPR/AED certification (preferred)
• 1-3 yrs of previous Personal Training experience (preferred)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Possess honesty and personal integrity
• Possess passion, ambition, drive, and knowledge regarding the fitness industry
• Excel in time management, organizational, and follow-up skills
• Reliable, professional, computer literate, energetic, and friendly

Essential Physical Requirements

• Must be able to perform all essential physical aspects of the position which may include standing, sitting, running, walking, jumping, squatting, bending, and reaching. As well as pushing, pulling and lifting up to 50 lbs at a time
