Ideal candidates will be skilled in providing evaluations, direct therapy, and collaboration with teachers, families, and support staff to create effective intervention plans tailored to each student.


Qualifications & Experience:

• Master's degree in Occupational Therapy from an accredited program
• Valid Arizona OT license and ability to meet state certification requirements
• Arizona Speech and Language Pathology certificate required
• Previous experience in school-based settings or with pediatric populations preferred
• Strong communication, organizational, and teamwork abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments to determine students' needs and develop individualized treatment plans
• Deliver direct occupational therapy services to students, addressing fine motor, sensory, and functional skill development
• Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families to support student progress
• Document student performance, maintain accurate records, and participate in IEP meetings as required
• Provide guidance and resources to school staff regarding strategies for supporting students' participation and independence within the classroom
