A day in the life:

The Lead Floor Tech will oversee and perform the cleaning maintenance and restoration of all hard surfaces and carpeted floors within the facility. This role involves leading a team ensuring quality floor care services and operating specialized equipment. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise leadership skills and a commitment to maintaining a clean and safe environment.

What youll do as an Exceptional Team Member

• Deliver high-quality service and professionalism upholding the standards and integrity of the Environmental Services Department
• Clean maintain and care for a variety of floor types including tile carpet and brick
• Complete assigned tasks efficiently and on schedule
• Follow established procedures for the correct use of cleaning chemicals and supplies
• Operate maintain and care for floor cleaning equipment safely and properly
• Consistently observe safety protocols including the use of wet floor signs and other precautions
• Work independently with minimal supervision
• Promptly report any safety hazards or concerns

What youll need to be an Extraordinary Team Member

• Minimum of (2) years experience and Supervisory experience
• Mustknow how toStrip RefinishandBurnish Hard Floors
• Strong communication skills and ability to follow instructions
• Reliable transportation
• A valid Drivers License with good driving record may be required
