Job Details

• Lead and review complex individual, partnership, S-Corporation, and closely held business tax engagements
• Serve as a trusted advisor, providing proactive tax planning and strategic guidance to clients year-round
• Manage client relationships, engagement timelines, budgets, and deliverables while ensuring exceptional service
• Mentor, develop, and review the work of tax professionals, helping drive team growth and performance
• Conduct advanced tax research, identify planning opportunities, and support business development initiatives through referral and client network expansion
