How You Will Make an Impact:

• Transform interior and exterior spaces by applying high-quality coatings to commercial and residential structures.
• Prepare surfaces efficiently by masking, sanding, scraping, and priming to ensure long-lasting finishes.
• Maintain a clean, orderly, and organized job site to represent the company professionally to clients.
• Utilize safety equipment and follow strict guidelines while working on ladders and elevated platforms.
• Learn advanced application techniques through hands-on training and direct manufacturer programs.
• Collaborate with field team members to complete high-end painting projects within scheduled timelines.

Required Qualifications & Experience:

• Strong work ethic and exceptional attention to detail.
• Willingness to learn, take instruction, and adapt to field environments.
• Reliable attendance record and consistent punctuality for all shifts.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs, climb extension ladders, and work comfortably in varying weather conditions.
• Reliable transportation (vehicle) to and from work.
• Clean driving record and eligibility to remain insurable under the company vehicle policy.

Preferred Qualifications & Experience:

• Previous experience in residential or commercial painting fields.
• Familiarity with standard painting tools, surface preparation techniques, and sprayers.
• Basic knowledge of safety practices related to general construction or working at heights.
