Pays $40-$53/hr.

We're seeking a results-driven Manufacturing Production Manager to lead our client's 2nd shift team (M-F 3PM-11PM) on a 5-month consulting engagement . This is a hands-on leadership role focused on driving safety, quality, delivery, and performance in a world class manufacturing environment.

What You'll Do:

• Lead, coach, and develop a manufacturing assembly team to meet operational targets

• Champion a safe work environment through proactive risk management

• Drive continuous improvement and standardized ways of working

• Own team performance, employee development, and union relations

• Partner cross-functionally to deliver results and strengthen engagement

• Build a high-performing, accountable, and skilled workforce

Well qualified candidates will bring:

• Proven experience in manufacturing supervision (5+ years preferred)

• Ability to prioritize, lead through change, and develop others

• Experience with employee performance management and training

• Associate's degree (or equivalent experience) in a relevant field
