This is a unique opportunity to be part of an ambitious and proven company that is constantly pushing the boundaries of what's possible.What you'll be doing:Act as the primary technical support for L10/L11 rack-level integration for our Original Design Manufacturers (ODMs) responsible for next-generation data center products.Collaborate closely with ODM partners to streamline and optimize rack-level integration processes, ensuring efficient and reliable manufacturing enablement.Conduct detailed debugging and solving of any rack-level integration issues, providing timely resolutions to support ODM manufacturing test flows.Address factory issues promptly, with the goal of improving the production line for rack-level integration and improving overall operational efficiency.Provide L11 customer quality support, addressing any concerns or issues related to product integration and ensuring customer satisfaction.Work with engineering design teams to ensure seamless integration of any changes or corrective actions necessary to support the production of quality products.Offer direct feedback into the manufacturing process, supplying insights and recommendations for continuous improvement and optimization.What we need to see:Proficient in identifying and resolving challenges effectively.Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field (or equivalent experience). Advanced degree preferred.Extensive experience (15+ years) in systems engineering, preferably within the data center or semiconductor industry.Strong understanding of rack-level systems integration processes and technologies, with a focus on L10/L11 integration.Proven track record to debug sophisticated technical issues and implement effective solutions in a manufacturing environment.Excellent communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with multi-functional teams and external partners.Experience in customer support or quality assurance is a plus.Proficiency in networking topologies, setup, and testing high speed networks commonly used in data center environments.Capability to travel onsite to various ODM locations in North America and Asia.With competitive salaries and a generous benefits package, NVIDIA is widely regarded as one of the most sought-after employers in the technology sector.
