Job Summary:  This hands-on role provides essential technical support for manufacturing operations during the second shift, ensuring minimal downtime and efficient production. You will be responsible for diagnosing and resolving a variety of issues with equipment, test systems, and production processes. The ideal candidate is a proactive problem-solver adept at keeping manufacturing running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Support daily manufacturing operations, maximizing equipment availability.
• Troubleshoot and fix issues with production equipment and test systems.
• Respond promptly to equipment failures and process interruptions.
• Identify and implement solutions for equipment and process problems.
• Maintain and repair production fixtures and test equipment.

Must-Have Skills:

• Experience troubleshooting manufacturing equipment.
• Working knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
• Ability to perform preventive maintenance and repairs.

Experience in supporting manufacturing or production environments is required.
