Electrical Equipment Assembler (2nd Shift) Build Something That Matters

• Assemble custom heat treat furnaces from start to finish
• Read and follow electrical blueprints, schematics, and bills of materials
• Install wiring, conduit, panels, and electrical components
• Bend and route conduit safely and efficiently
• Complete panel wiring and electrical connections
• Assist with basic troubleshooting and installation tasks
• Work with a small team (1–2 people) to meet production goals
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe workspace

• Experience in electrical assembly in an industrial setting
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and electrical schematics
• Experience with panel wiring and conduit bending
• Basic knowledge of PLC systems (no programming required)
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Ability to work in a warm industrial environment

• Experience assembling industrial equipment or furnaces
• Previous work in a union environment
• Strong teamwork and communication skills

• 2nd Shift: 2:00 PM – 10:30 PM

This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Cherry Valley, IL.

The pay range for this position is $28.51 - $28.51/hr.
