Our organization is seeking an OB GYN Physician to become part of our team. With four office locations across Maryland, we prioritize fostering strong, personal connections between our patients and healthcare providers. We are looking for a dedicated OB GYN Physician who possesses extensive patient care experience, stays updated with the latest medical technologies and practices, and thrives in a collaborative environment.

Key Responsibilities:

• Deliver exceptional OBGYN care to patients.

• Conduct both minor and major surgical procedures.

• Diagnose, treat, and prevent OBGYN-related health issues.

• Guide and oversee medical personnel, including nurses, nurse practitioners, and medical assistants, ensuring adherence to established protocols.

• Enhance technological advancements to improve quality of care and patient experience while maintaining clinical standards.

• Perform patient examinations, gather medical histories, and order, conduct, and interpret diagnostic tests.

• Stay current with the latest treatment options and methodologies.

• Engage actively in internal quality improvement initiatives and collaborate with team members to drive enhancements.

Qualifications:

• Board Certified/Board Eligible in OBGYN.

• Prior experience in OBGYN practices is preferred.

• Possession of an active Medical License in the State of Maryland is preferred.

• Compensation Range: $288,750 - $383,250 per year.

Compensation is determined based on years of experience.
