Our client is a leading global provider of FDA-registered raw materials (Peptides and Active Pharmaceutical Ingredients- APIs) for compounding pharmacies and healthcare organizations. With over 100 years of combined experience, they supply high-quality active pharmaceutical ingredients (APIs) for a range of treatments, including weight loss, cardiology, oncology, and dermatology. They are dedicated to delivering authentic products, accurate documentation, and reliable global shipping to meet the needs of healthcare professionals. They are currently seeking a Remote Sales Specialist who enjoys building relationships and empowering compounding pharmacies to enhance patient care and streamline operations.

What You'll Do

  • Accelerate territory growth and drive sales performance to maximize net sales and contribute to company-wide success.
  • Become a trusted expert with deep knowledge of products, disease states, treatment options, and the competitive landscape.
  • Build strong relationships with physicians, pharmacists, healthcare providers, and their teams through consistent, value-driven engagement.
  • Develop and execute strategic territory plans that uncover opportunities and maximize business potential.
  • Analyze market trends, customer insights, and territory performance to continually optimize results.
  • Manage territory operations with excellence, including call reporting, sample accountability, expense management, and cross-functional communication.
  • Bring an ownership mindset, a sense of urgency, and a relentless commitment to delivering exceptional outcomes.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required.
  • Minimum of one year of B2B sales experience outside the pharmaceutical industry, or one year of demonstrated success in commission-based sales.
  • Medical or healthcare experience is a plus.
  • Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales goals.
  • Exceptional communication, relationship-building, planning, and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong business acumen with the ability to think strategically and analyze opportunities effectively.
  • Highly organized, self-motivated, and capable of managing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Must reside within the assigned territory.
  • Daily travel required; overnight travel may be necessary depending on territory needs.
  • Valid driver's license, acceptable driving record, and insurance that meets company requirements.
