Description Better Collision Centers has been serving Charleston for several years. We have the building, a full team, and a strong book of business. What we need is a leader to take it to the next level. This role is for someone who runs a shop like they own it. You'll lead an established team, drive production, and grow Charleston into one of our top performing locations. Lead and develop a full team that is already in place. Schedule production and coach your managers to do the same. Earn customer trust and grow the business. You'll have regional support when you need it and autonomy when you don't. What We Need Owner's mindset. You act like the business is yours. Real collision experience.
