Position Overview
Reporting to the Regional Recruiting Manager, the Talent Acquisition Associate will support and execute hourly manufacturing recruitment strategies across multiple locations within an assigned region, with a strong focus on recruitment process optimization, candidate experience, and customer service.
This role will support hourly talent acquisition initiatives across multiple manufacturing sites and help strengthen regional recruiting effectiveness.
Key measures of success include reducing time-to-fill, improving candidate retention, and strengthening local talent pipelines. Strong knowledge of hiring processes, compliance requirements, and applicable local, state, and federal employment laws and guidelines is required.
The Talent Acquisition Associate will work closely with the Regional Recruiting Manager to identify and attract qualified candidates, screen applicants, coordinate interviews, support pre-employment activities where applicable, and track recruiting metrics to drive continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will combine experience in Human Resources, Talent Acquisition, and related disciplines to serve as a key resource for high-volume hourly recruiting.
Essential Duties

• Understand, support, and comply with applicable employment laws, regulations, and guidelines.
• Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the assigned region and maintain regular communication regarding site staffing needs.
• Develop an understanding of recruiting needs and create appropriate sourcing and hiring action plans.
• Communicate effectively with candidates, hiring managers, and Human Resources teams throughout the recruiting process.
• Establish and maintain tracking tools for job postings, sourcing, screening, scheduling, and pre-employment activities by location and position.
• Identify effective recruiting sources and job posting channels and recommend adjustments based on results.
• Source candidates through applicant tracking systems, candidate databases, career events, and other recruiting channels.
• Conduct outreach to prospective and previously identified candidates.
• Coordinate and participate in recruiting events as needed.
• Review new applications in a timely manner and conduct virtual or telephone screening interviews with qualified candidates.
• Maintain timely communication and follow-up with prospective candidates.
• Coordinate interview scheduling with hiring managers and Human Resources representatives.
• Follow up with appropriate stakeholders to support timely offers and initiation of pre-employment processes.
• Clearly communicate pre-employment requirements and follow up to help ensure timely completion.
• Identify and resolve issues throughout all stages of the recruitment lifecycle.
• Prepare recruiting data, reports, and presentations related to established key performance indicators.
• Identify opportunities for process improvement and share recruiting best practices across the region.

Other Duties and Responsibilities

• Perform additional related duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Regional Recruiting Manager.

Minimum Qualifications

• Minimum of 4-6 years of direct experience in recruitment, talent acquisition, staffing, human resources, organizational development, HR consulting, management consulting, or a related field.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office products and related business applications.
• Strong organizational, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced recruiting environment.

Preferred Qualifications

• Knowledge of current and relevant employment and HR regulations, including FLSA, FMLA, ADA, workplace health and safety requirements, and related regulations.
• Strong adaptability, customer-service orientation, and problem-solving skills.
• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related discipline.
