Dispatch planning is built around maintaining organized scheduling and steady route flow for drivers running regional freight lanes.Transition Pay:When you start, you'll receive transition pay during your first few weeks while getting familiar with routes, scheduling flow, and dispatch operations.We know it takes time to settle into a new operation, and the transition period is designed to help drivers stay productive while learning the lanes and freight patterns.Getting Started:Orientation covers what you need to know for our CDL-A truck drivers.
