About This Role Join Cleveland Clinic's Neurological Institute as an Assistant Nurse Manager, overseeing a specialized unit that manages various neurological conditions. This role is ideal for experienced nurses looking to contribute to innovative neurological care in a state-of-the-art facility. Highlights Pay: $37.50 - $57.60/hour Location: Cleveland, OH Schedule: Nights, 7pm-7am, 40 hours per week, 3-12's Sign-On Bonus: Not mentioned What You'll Do Facilitate communication and collaboration among unit staff and other departments. Ensure continuity of patient care information between shifts. Review major operational patient care issues with Nurse Managers. Provide ongoing clinical evaluations of nurses and other care providers. Counsel employees on performance issues and monitor attendance. Alert Nurse Manager of significant clinical or performance issues. Participate in interviewing and appraising employee performance. Supervise and participate in the daily delivery of patient care.
