As a member of the healthcare team collaborates with the surgical team to provide care for patient ensuring that the goals of the patients are met and the mission of the hospital is carried out. Performs procedures in a variety of specialties requiring knowledge and skills. Demonstrates a higher level of collaboration with peers in making decisions related to surgical patient care. Must be proficient in ENT and Neuro cases. Job Requirements

Two years of full-time equivalent experience as a Surgical Technologist. High School/GED and one of the following: Completion of a Surgical Technologist Program, Completion of a Military Training Program as an Operating Room Specialist, Completion of a Froedtert Health sponsored Apprentice II Program, or Ten or more years of experience as a Surgical Tech. Days 0630-1700. Wednesdays off. On call optional. Shift: 1st. Hours per day: 10. Hours per week: 40. Unit Specific Information
