Truck Driver Trainee

Are you ready to get rolling with your truck driving career, but just lack the driving experience? We are looking for recent CDL school grads or those who have graduated from CDL school within the last 2 years. Freight is running hard & more drivers are needed everyday. We are pleased to currently offer tuition reimbursement of up to $7,000 to pay off your CDL school loan. Please read below to find out how to get started:

First, we will pre-qualify you over the phone. If you qualify, you will complete an enrollment application online. Please allow 24-48 hours processing time.

Next, once you are approved, we will get you set up for orientation.  All orientations are being held online & can be completed in 2-3 hours.  Afteryou complete orientation, we will make arrangements for you to go out with a trainer for a 2 week paid training.

When your 2 week training is completed, you will then be assigned to your own truck for a probationary period of 10 weeks.

After those 10 weeks, you will then be eligible to go right into a dedicated, regional or OTR run, which will give you bigger paychecks, quarterly safety bonuses, as well as layover & detention pay. Most drivers average $900 - $1200 per week

All of our equipment is newer & well-maintained. We offer both automatic & 10 speed trucks. We also accept automatic license restrictions.

Riders are welcome from day 1.

All applicants must meet the following requirements to apply:

• Must be 21 years old
• Must have a current valid Class A CDL & DOT medical card
• Must be able to send us a copy of your CDL school completion certificate
• Must be willing to drive OTR at first, staying out 10-14 days at a time
• Must be able to pass background checks & all DOT related tests
• Must possess a fairly clean MVR
