Responsibilities

What You'll Do:

• Serve as a dedicated primary point of contact resolving standard to complex customer service inquiries regarding group life, disability, and absence products, including claims processing, medical underwriting, and continuation of coverage.
• Intake and process initial notices of loss for group life, disability, and absence claims
• Interact with policyholders, claimants, insureds, and internal business stakeholders in a consistently productive, respectful, and solution-oriented manner.
• Prepare clear, accurate documents, customer correspondence, and case materials using standard desktop software and established corporate templates.

What You'll Bring to The Table:

• Proven experience managing both routine and intricate service inquiries within a fast-paced customer care or insurance environment.
• Proven experience working successfully in a work-from-home environment
• A high school diploma or GED is required, paired with 0-3 years of related experience
