Riverside Medical Group is actively seeking a full time board-certified or board-eligible Neurology Physician to join our dedicated team at Riverside Neurology Specialists in Williamsburg, Virginia.

About Our Neuroscience Program

Riverside's Comprehensive Neuroscience Program serves patients across the Williamsburg, Middle Peninsula, Peninsula, Eastern Shore, and is expanding into the Smithfield area. Our multidisciplinary team includes experts in Neurology, Neurosurgery, and Neurovascular care, all committed to delivering the right care at the right time to improve patient outcomes and quality of life.

Our neurology clinics are staffed by board-certified neurologists, many of whom are fellowship-trained or have advanced specialty training, offering a wide range of services and subspecialty care.

• Stroke and Neurovascular Center ALS Clinic Movement Disorder Center Multiple Sclerosis Center Memory Care Program Sleep Center Stereotactic Radiosurgery and Brain Center
• Diagnostic Testing
• EMGs/EEGs Sleep Studies Advanced Neurodiagnostics
• Technology and Tools
• Neurorehabilitation Telemedicine for acute stroke alerts

Conditions We Treat

• Stroke and seizure disorders
• Memory disorders, Alzheimer's disease, and dementia
• Multiple sclerosis
• Amyotrophic lateral sclerosis (ALS)
• Headache and migraine disorders
• Movement disorders including Parkinson's disease and essential tremors
• Sleep disorders
• Peripheral nerve and degenerative diseases
• Genetic conditions such as Huntington's disease and muscular dystrophy

Qualifications

• Education: Doctor of Medicine (MD) or Doctor of Osteopathic Medicine (DO)
• Licensure: Licensed Medical Doctor in the State of Virginia
• Board Certification: ABPN or AOBNP (Board Certified or Board Eligible)
• DEA Certification: Current and valid
• Preferred: Fellowship training in Sleep Medicine and experience in EMG interpretation
