This role is ideal for individuals who enjoy helping people, solving problems, and building positive customer relationships. Responsibilities Welcome customers and provide friendly, professional assistance. Answer questions regarding products, services, and company offerings. Recommend relevant products or services based on customer needs. Support customer follow-ups and relationship-building activities. Communicate promotional information clearly and professionally. Assist with customer satisfaction and retention initiatives. Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and follow-ups. Communicate customer feedback to appropriate team members. Support customer engagement and promotional activities. Collaborate with team members to achieve service goals. Participate in ongoing training and professional development. Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent required. Strong communication and interpersonal skills. Friendly, professional, and customer-focused attitude. Strong listening and problem-solving abilities. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Good organizational and multitasking skills. Comfortable interacting with customers and the public. Reliable, adaptable, and self-motivated. Previous customer service, sales, retail, hospitality, or similar experience is a plus but not required.
