Practice Worth Growing With

For over 30 years, Southside has been the name San Angelo trusts. We're a full-service, multi-doctor companion animal practice built on thorough care, experienced staff, and a team culture that actually lives up to the name. As we grow, we're looking for an Associate Veterinarian who wants to do great medicine, and feel great doing it.

We welcome all experience levels and skillsets. New grads are encouraged to apply.

What's in It for You

Compensation :  Competitive Pro-Sal model with base salary up to $140,000 +, a bonus package up to $35,000 and 21%+ production.

Equipment :  Ultrasound, surgical and therapeutic lasers, digital radiology, IDEXX in-house lab, dedicated isolation ward, and more.

Mentorship & Support : Work alongside doctors and staff who have been here 10+ years. This isn't a sink-or-swim environment. You'll be supported, collaborated with, and genuinely set up to succeed.

Why Southside Stands Out

Beyond the equipment and compensation, Southside has something harder to find: stability. Our doctors have been here over a decade. Our staff ranges from 3 to 20+ years of tenure. We're Cat Friendly Certified, known in the community for going above and beyond, and proud of a culture where people actually want to stay.
