WHAT YOU'LL DO

As our Dental Treatment Coordinator, you will help ensure that every patient has a smooth, welcoming experience from the moment they contact our office.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Warmly greeting patients and creating a positive first impression.

• Answering phones and scheduling, confirming, and coordinating appointments.

• Verifying dental insurance benefits and helping patients understand their coverage.

• Preparing dental treatment estimates and discussing anticipated costs with patients.

• Processing payments and answering basic billing questions.

• Maintaining accurate patient records and ensuring the front desk runs smoothly.

• Communicating with patients and the clinical team to coordinate care.

• Assisting with other administrative tasks as needed to support the practice.

WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR

• Reliability, attention to detail, and a team-oriented attitude.

• Previous dental or medical front-desk experience is preferred, but we are happy to train the right person!

• Familiarity with dental practice management software is a plus. We use Open Dental.
