Degree in Speech-Language Pathology, active SLP license and 1+ year of Speech-Language Pathology experience required. Applicants who do not meet these qualifications will not be considered.

Qualifications:

• Active Kentucky SLP licensure required
• Background in school-based speech-language pathology preferred
• Experience working with students in elementary, middle, or high school environments
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to adapt to different age groups and caseloads
• Strong organizational and documentation abilities

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs
• Deliver direct and consultative speech therapy services in accordance with IEPs
• Participate in student support meetings and collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
• Provide guidance and support to teachers and families regarding students' progress
• Maintain accurate records, reports, and documentation as required by school standards
• Foster an inclusive, engaging, and supportive therapy environment for all students
