Responsible for helping define MGBHP Digital products' defined strategy, managing related product launches, and subsequent release cycles for the Business Solutions portfolio (e.g. CRM and website). This role will lead product management for business-facing digital solutions across the MarTech and SalesTech ecosystems, including Microsoft Dynamics CRM, Adobe Experience Manager, and internally developed applications. The Product Manager will translate business and customer needs into prioritized product capabilities, align multiple development teams around outcomes, and ensure platforms evolve in a scalable, integrated, and user-centered way. The role will help bridge business stakeholders, Digital, technology, and development teams while establishing clear product ownership and prioritization across interconnected platforms.

What you will do:
-Define, plan, and execute product strategy for Information Technology/Digital solutions.
-Understand in depth the relevant Digital markets, competition, and user requirements. Work with users to identify high-value opportunities.
-Lead product design and development for innovative solutions.
-Work collaboratively with data scientists, software engineers, infrastructure, and high-performance computing experts, and business development in cross-functional teams on cutting-edge technologies.
-Adhere to and support a quality management framework.

Qualifications

Education

• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience required

Experience Qualifications

• 3-5 years experience in a product management or product development role with team lead duties required

• Demonstrated experience in digital product management, product ownership, or a related discipline
• Experience developing product strategies, roadmaps, and prioritized backlogs
• Strong experience working with software development teams and cross-functional stakeholders
• Ability to translate complex business needs into clear product requirements and outcomes
• Strong communication, facilitation, prioritization, and stakeholder-management skills
• Strong understanding of digital platforms, integrations, workflows, and modern product development practices
• Experience with Microsoft Dynamics, Adobe Experience Manager, Wrike, Azure DevOps, and/or SAFe is a plus
• MarTech or SalesTech product experience is a plus
• Experience with AI-native product practices or AI-enabled digital solutions is a plus

• Excellent understanding of the industry landscape (competitors and partners).
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to communicate technology strategy and architecture approach to engineers, executives, and customers
• Proficiency in conflict management, negotiation, and presentation/demonstration.
• Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
• Excellent team and relationship-building abilities, with both internal and external parties (engineers, business stakeholders, partners, etc.).
• Ability to work well under pressure, multitask, and maintain keen attention to detail.
