Follow rotating menus to prepare breakfast, lunch and snacks. Follow cleaning schedule. Ensure health department regulations are closely followed. Ensure dietary restrictions are followed closely. Follow the Child and Adult Food Program policies if applicable. Work experience in cooking and/or food preparation for large group food service, preferably in a childcare center, preferred. ServSafe certification preferred. At least 18-years-old. High school diploma or equivalent required. Previous experience working in licensed childcare preferred.
