Required Skills

• 8+ years of experience in Oracle Planning / SCM Cloud consulting and implementation
• Strong functional expertise in Oracle Planning Cloud, Demand Management Cloud, and Backlog Management
• Current hands-on experience with Oracle SCM Planning Cloud modules
• Strong techno-functional knowledge of ASCP, Order Management, Bill of Materials, and Oracle Purchasing
• Experience with Oracle EBS Supply Chain modules and on-premise environments
• Strong knowledge of Demantra configuration , including Series, Worksheets, Levels, and Engine tuning
• Experience developing and working with Oracle Cloud Analytical Reports
• Experience with Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP
• Strong understanding of Oracle Integration Cloud (OIC) and SaaS platforms
• Experience with on-premise to Oracle Cloud migration, conversions, and post-Go-Live support
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot complex planning and demand management issues
• Experience working with business stakeholders to understand requirements and translate them into scalable solutions
• Strong project coordination and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to evaluate business processes, identify improvement opportunities, and develop optimization strategies
• Experience assessing risks, developing business cases, and presenting solutions to leadership
• Strong communication and collaboration skills with experience working across large, diverse teams
• Willingness to support business-critical activities outside standard working hours when required

Key Responsibilities

• Configure and support Oracle Planning Cloud, Demand Management, and Backlog Management modules.
• Analyze and troubleshoot issues related to planning, demand management, and backlog processes.
• Participate in User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and training workshops.
• Develop testing scenarios, test scripts, and perform functional testing.
• Coordinate with technical teams on custom reports, integrations, and Oracle Cloud migration activities .
• Support migration and conversion initiatives from Oracle On-Premise EBS to Oracle Planning Cloud .
• Develop and maintain Oracle Cloud Analytical Reports .
• Support business users with day-to-day issues, enhancements, and customizations.
• Conduct and support Conference Room Pilots (CRP) and UAT sessions.
• Lead business design and requirements workshops.
• Work closely with stakeholders to understand products, offers, orderability, and existing system capabilities.
• Identify business process improvements and develop optimization strategies.
• Coordinate project activities, meetings, issue discussions, and status reporting.
• Deliver solutions within defined timelines and quality standards.
• Assess risks, develop business cases, and present recommendations to leadership teams.
• Collaborate with technical and functional teams to ensure successful implementation and ongoing support.

A senior Oracle Planning Cloud Architect / Functional Consultant with strong techno-functional expertise in Oracle SCM Planning Cloud, Demand Management, Backlog Management, ASCP, Order Management, BOM, Oracle Purchasing, Demantra, OIC, and Oracle Fusion Cloud ERP , with proven experience in cloud migration, business process optimization, CRP/UAT, analytical reporting, and post-Go-Live support .
