Manufacturing Engineering Intern

Role Purpose: The Manufacturing Engineering Intern will complete routine or entry-level engineering work and assist with engineering projects. Essential Functions & Responsibilities: Leading and deploying best practices in the manufacturing process Supporting continuous improvement in various manufacturing processes Reducing manufacturing costs Improving the flow of material Setting up cycle times Performs other related duties as assigned At the conclusion of internship, the intern is required to prepare and present live to the management team a presentation on your experience at Humanetics.
Other Significant Role Requirements: Basic Understanding of CAD Basic understanding of engineering change process preferred Basic understanding of Geometric Dimensioning and Tolerancing (GD&T) preferred Education and/or Experience: 2-year technical degree required (or actively pursuing 4-year Engineering degree) Bachelor's degree (B.S.) technical preferred
