Wine Consultant

Job Summary PRP Wine International is looking for a full‑time Wine Consultant in the Chicagoland area. The role involves scheduling 3–5 in‑home wine samplings per week, attending office meetings and weekly events, and supporting the company’s private‑client wine education and tasting program. The position requires working evenings and weekends. Responsibilities and Duties Attend weekly sales meetings Use the company computer system to enter orders and sample orders Research local events that can be sponsored or partnered with Report weekly sales figures Call clients to confirm and book appointments Maintain a database of clients and invite them to events Stay current on industry news and trends What you need to do to succeed Interest or knowledge in wine Willingness to participate in community functions and events Organized Coachable Enjoy meeting and interacting with clients Comfortable calling existing and prospective clients to set wine tastings Ability to build long‑term relationships through personal interaction Job Requirements Must be 21 years or older Must have a college degree or equivalent experience 1–2 years of B2B or B2C sales experience preferred Must have reliable transportation Compensation Uncapped commission Lead‑generating opportunities furnished Contests and trips Employee discount on wine purchases Health, vision and dental insurance 401(k) program Commission based with bonuses and generous wine discount perks #J-18808-Ljbffr PRP Wine International
