Physical Therapist - Travel Contract

Active CA Physical Therapist license required to start the assignment. Minimum one year of Home Health experience required. Experience prioritizing start-of-care visits and supervising Physical Therapy Assistants. Familiarity with home health documentation timelines, including clinical notes due within 48 hours of visit. Experience with or ability to use Kinnser documentation system preferred. BLS certification from AHA or ARC may be required. Ability to maintain timely communication with supervisor and office and be generally responsive during normal business hours. Must be able to travel within and expand territory as needed, covering Solano County, CA and surrounding areas. Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation for home health visits. Mileage and parking/toll reimbursement provided per client policy. Assignment Details Facility Type: Hospital (Home Health role servicing county territory). Shift Name: Days. Schedule: 40 hours per week, Saturday through Wednesday. Required priorities: start-of-care visits, next-day mandatory reporting of start-of-care visits. Supervisory responsibility: supervise Physical Therapy Assistants. Documentation: clinical notes and other documentation due within 48 hours of visit. Training: three full days (one in-house, two in the field). Documentation System: Kinnser. Equipment issued: iPad and Verizon One Talk. Reimbursement: mileage reimbursed and parking/toll reimbursement paid per client policy. Company vehicle option available per client policy.
