Schedule Shift: 19:00 - 07:00 Job Description As a Registered Nurse in the Medical Surgical unit, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive care to adult and geriatric patients. You will work closely with a multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality medical care, ensuring patient safety and comfort while facilitating recovery. Responsibilities Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians. Monitor and assess patient conditions, reporting changes to the healthcare team. Collaborate with doctors, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to develop and implement patient care plans. Provide education and information to patients and their families about treatments and follow-up care. Maintain accurate and timely patient records in the electronic health record system. Required Experience / Certifications / Licensure Current RN license in Tennessee. ACLS, BLS, and NIH certifications required. Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Medical Surgical setting preferred.
