Marketing Assistant

With a strong focus on DALLIEN, our boutique Fifth Avenue brokerage. GRJ is seeking a highly organized, creative, and driven Marketing Assistant to support marketing across the GRJ portfolio, working directly alongside our in‑house marketing lead. This role offers hands‑on experience across luxury real estate, hospitality, branding, and content creation. GRJ is a vertically integrated real estate and hospitality company with investments and operations spanning multifamily, mixed‑use, brokerage, and hospitality assets nationwide. This role supports marketing initiatives across the GRJ portfolio, with a primary focus on DALLIEN, our boutique New York City real estate brokerage headquartered on Fifth Avenue in Manhattan. You’ll work beside our in‑house marketing lead as a partner — owning campaigns, content, and brand strategy side by side across the portfolio. Responsibilities Assist with the execution of marketing campaigns across the GRJ portfolio Coordinate social media content, scheduling, and platform management Attend property tours, listing launches, events, and photo/video shoots Assist with content creation including photography, video, reels, and short‑form content Support email marketing, website updates, and digital campaigns Coordinate vendors, photographers, creatives, and project timelines Help maintain marketing calendars and project management systems Assist with branding initiatives, presentations, and promotional materials Monitor campaign performance and prepare reporting as needed This Role Is Perfect For Someone Who Loves content creation, branding, and storytelling Is up to date with trends and social media culture Wants hands‑on exposure to luxury real estate and hospitality marketing Thrives in fast‑paced, entrepreneurial environments Enjoys being on‑site at properties, events, and shoots Is highly organized and takes ownership of projects Requirements 2–3 years of marketing experience preferred Real estate, brokerage, or hospitality experience strongly preferred Proficiency in Canva and design tools for branded content Experience with video editing tools such as CapCut Familiarity with WordPress or similar website/CMS platforms Strong command of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, and emerging channels) Working knowledge of email marketing and scheduling tools Excellent organizational and project management skills The Details Immediate hire. $55,000 salary. NYC‑based, five days a week on‑site, with regular travel throughout the city.
