We are seeking a Dentistry (Dentist (DMD/DDS)) for a locum tenens opportunity in Blasdell, NY. This opportunity allows a dentist to practice comprehensive general dentistry with a supportive clinical team and a steady patient workflow. The ideal candidate is comfortable with surgical extractions, including simple, surgical, and full mouth procedures, and enjoys working in a collaborative environment.

Dates: Sept 15-17
Schedule: Mon-Thur 7a-5p 12p-1p lunch, Fri 8a-1p

Pay Range: Starting at $125/hour

Clinical Scope

• Surgical extractions
• Extractions could include simple/ surgical/ full mouth.

Full mouth extractions may be required when clinically appropriate. Discuss any clinical limitations with the Proxi team before the assignment.

Support Staff

• 2RDH 4 DAs

Requirements

• Active New York dental license
• Active DEA with all schedules
• CSR if required by the state
• Experience in high volume general dentistry environments preferred
