Associate - Asset Management

Location: West Hollywood, CA (In-office 5 days per week) We are partnering with a well-capitalized, relationship-driven family office focused on real estate investments across residential and commercial asset classes throughout Western markets. The firm leverages its deep network and proprietary deal flow across retail and multifamily assets, with a growing portfolio that includes commercial development. The team is lean and entrepreneurial, offering the future hire direct exposure to senior leadership and meaningful involvement across the asset management lifecycle. As an Asset Management Associate, you will play a hands‑on role supporting the asset management function across the firm's portfolio. The ideal candidate brings property management experience, particularly with retail assets, and is eager to be closely involved in the day‑to‑day performance and oversight of the portfolio. Core Responsibilities Monitor and manage existing assets across multifamily and retail asset classes, including direct oversight of third‑party brokers and property managers Support day‑to‑day property management functions, with particular emphasis on retail assets including tenant relations, lease administration, and vendor coordination Complete CAM reconciliations for YE review Assist with budgeting, reforecasting, and property‑level financial reporting and variance analysis Support financial evaluation and analysis for the existing portfolio Fulfill ad‑hoc requests across asset management as needed Candidate Profile 2 to 7 years of experience in real estate asset management, property management, or a related field Prior property management experience (especially with retail assets) strongly preferred Strong Excel proficiency and AI familiarity Bachelor's degree in Finance, Real Estate, Economics, or related field Detail oriented, ambitious, and collaborative #J-18808-Ljbffr Wildwood Search
