Nova Health and Rehab, 377 Clonce St., Weber City, VA 24290 Position Summary The primary purpose of your job is to assess resident’s needs, develop individualized care plans, administer nursing care, evaluate nursing care, and supervise nursing assistants and other personnel in a SNF setting. You must follow all health, sanitary and infection control policies and maintain established standards of practice set forth by the community's administration and Nursing Policies and Procedures. Education & Qualifications Must possess a current, unencumbered RN license in the state of employment. Must possess current CPR certification.
