At L.A. MANAGEMENT & SERVICES, INC Loan Officer | Chino, CA 2 openings Job Description INEXPERIENCED LOAN OFFICER We are looking for an inexperienced Mortgage Loan Officer to join our Team! As an inexperienced Loan Officer, you will work under the supervision of the the Mortgage Broker or Senior Loan Officer to evluate creditwortiness and eligibility of our clients on obtaining the best mortgage loans for them. Skills Interpersonal Communication Skills Analytical/Mathematical Skills Managerial Skills Critical Thinking Skills Experience High School Graduate and must be 18 years and over Previous experience in sales or customer support is an asset A valid DRE or DBO NMLS license is a MUST Degree in Finance or Business is a plus Responsibilities Collect financial information (e.g. 2 months bank statements, 2 current paystubs, taxes, etc.) Evaluate creditworthiness and eligibility for obtaining a mortgage loan Interview clients Guide clients through mortgage loan options Prepare and submit mortgage loan applications Ensure data are in line with national and local financial rules Monitor and report on application processes Inform clients about loan approval or rejection Help resolve problems with applications Reearch new mortgage loan policies Ensure compliance with privacy laws and confidentiality policies throughout the process Build a supportive referral network (e.g. with clients, lenders, real estate agents) This is a fulltime position #J-18808-Ljbffr L A FINANCIAL MANAGEMENT & SERVICESVacancy posted 17 hours ago
